Volunteer Forms

Parents!  I need several chaperons for the "many" field trips that we plan to participate in this year.  The forms can be downloaded from the Aquaculture Web Page (See link to the right).  Just click on the Volunteer Forms box and print out.  There is a $5.00 charge for the BCI check.  Once you complete, and are approved, you will be eligible to chaperon for the next three years.  I appreciate your help in this matter and look forward to seeing you on our field trips.  Mr. Baker
